Delete Account

You can delete your Stammtisch account from inside the mobile app where account deletion is available. You can also contact us for help if you cannot access the app.

Delete Your Account In The App

1. Open the Stammtisch app.
2. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
3. Open your profile or settings area.
4. Choose the delete profile/account option.
5. Confirm the deletion prompt.

If You Cannot Access The App

Email drjmudev@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account. Include "Delete my Stammtisch account" in the subject. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.

What Is Deleted

• Your Firebase Authentication account where technically available.
• Your user profile, email, display name, profile photo, notification tokens, and active account status.
• Your active memberships and pending membership requests where removal is needed to detach your profile.
• Your private profile data and active user-specific notification state.

What May Be Retained

• Archived or aggregated event history, proposals, votes, RSVP summaries, and statistics needed to preserve a group's history without exposing an active deleted profile.
• Transactional email records, security logs, abuse-prevention records, and operational diagnostics for a limited period.
• Encrypted backups until they expire through normal backup rotation.
• Information we are required to keep for legal, safety, tax, accounting, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Timing

In-app deletion starts immediately. Some systems, logs, backups, and third-party providers may take additional time to fully expire or synchronize.
